Getting error trying to install Service Manager Service Portal

I am in the process of install the Service Manager Service Portal on a DEV system.  I'm at the point where I am install the Service Portal (setup.sh install ....).

The install keeps getting an error and stopping.  The error received is:

Does anyone know what this error means and how I might be able to correct it.

Thanks,

It is a known problem that is resolved in HPSM Portal 9.51. Download the patch (which is not really a patch, it reinstalls Portal from the beginning) and you should be ok.

    Patch No: HPSM_00883

  • This solution, don´t work. the error continue.

  • This is not the same error. Something else is going on. Did you try installing the Portal on a fresh OS installation?

One of the errors indicates that a directory doesn't exist. Did you run the script as the root user?
