Asset integration jobs start and finish time not updating correctly

Hi, we are running uCMDB 2021.11 with CP 22.11

We have a integration with Asset Manager and in the Integration jobs status for Population the start and finish times are not updated correctly, they seem to be lagging behind on date and time. If i click and view the Integration log, the times are correctly displayed there. Has anybody experienced something similar?

    Hello, have you:

    • Start from probe JMX:
      • Jobs Information – view job statuses.
      • To see If the job is not finished yet:

                 - Check the logs – is probe loaded?

                 - Is blackout policy defined for the probe?

                 - Check WrapperProbeGW.log:

                          Job is blocked due to blackout policy

                 - Scheduling: The status of the job is set to ‘in progress’ once the trigger arrives to the probe. As a result, if the job is defined with future start time, the status will be in progress until then.

    You can also open a Support Case with us, and provide the logs to check what could be the root cause why the Integration jobs status for Population the start and finish times are not updated.
