Hello,

The possible root causes for such an issue can be multiple.  For a quick approach you can try to create a new set of credentials and check whether it works.

In case it does not work you can check the following:
      1. make sure the probe has configured the writer VIP in the properties file
      2. check the time difference between the ucmdb server and the probe. it should be less than 30 sec(should be in same timezone). If not, adjust the time on the probe machine and restart probe.
      3.Check Credential exists
            Login probe JMX
            Execute:  "displayCredentialsDetail"
            If credential not exists
            Execute: "reloadCacheConfiguration"
       4.Find and delete  C:\UCMDB\DataFlowProbe\conf\security\cmcache.bin and secured_storage.bin
            Restart probe


If the problem still persists after above changes is recommended to submit a support ticket to check the configuration and logs
