unable to discover server

Team is getting this error in the tool. We have tried to reset the user account password on the destination server. However when trying to discover this server in the tools, following error message is popping up.

error key exchange failed. failed to connect to server connection timed out no other information

Hello, In order to answer your inquiry more accurately, we will need more information. Where are you seeing this error? Is it in a communication log? If so, for which connection job? Might we suggest to open a Support Case and provide us with the logs and or screenshot as to how this error pops-up. Thanks,

Hi,

Getting Same error message for "Host Connection by SSH" job. Could see this error in communication log as well as in output of check credential.

Should check on the target server (if Linux then error should be in auth logs..). It may happen due to hardening or different algo used in SSH protocol.
