Asset Manager and RTSM integration are not working after UCMDB upgrade

Hi,

Following the successful upgrade of UCMDB from version 2020.11 to 2023.05, we have encountered integration issues with Asset Manager (9.80) and RTSM (OBM). Here are the errors we are encountering:

Asset Manager Integration:
Error (12,001): Module 'Ssl' : Unable to load dynamic library (libeay64-10.dll)'
Unable to initialize SSL library.
Failed to generate random number from SSL library.
The user name or password is incorrect

Username and password is not changed and correct.

RTSM Integration:
[ErrorCode [802] General Integration Error{integration_name}]
Failed to connect to host [Hostname]

I'm able to access the RTSM from the Probe server.

Any guidance or suggestions you can provide to resolve these issues would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi Dilip,

    we have seen a few "Unable to load dynamic library (libeay64-10.dll)" errors over the years. Many of them have been configuration issues some required a fix.

    I would suggest opening a support ticket to analyze your environment and get a set of logs for review. Note: the error comes from the AM API - means this is more an AM topic rather than uCMDB... I would assume that Asset Manager support can help you with the configuration or provide you a fix quickly.

    However, seeing that AM 9.80 "Current Maintenance" ends by the end of the year I would highly recommend considering an AM upgrade to the latest version too!
    Note: Make sure that you apply the latest AM 9.90 patches. 9.90.patch1 was released recently and you shouldn't start the upgrade project without P1.
