After upgrade our UCMDB 2020.08 to 24.2 in our lab (the probes are also upgrade due to auto-upgrade mechanics)

We have detected that the probes are continually (every 1 or 2 seconds) establishing a connection with the UCMDB server:

In UCMDB UI it is impossible to do anything with the probes, any operation results in a timeout. The probes do not scan the computers, we are not even able to obtain a probe status.
We have tried a full uninstall of the probe and a clean install and the problem persists.

Any ideas?
