UCMDB provider customer login error

Hello,

We are using native sacm with SMAX and classic CMS 24.2, Since last week, I've been getting this error message while trying to access CMS through provider customer (in our DEV environment only):

But on UCMDB status page, both consumer and provider customers are up and running. JXM method ''showallcustomers'' also show me my provider customer. Anything I'm missing?
