Best practices for building a TQL query to transfer information from UCMDB to BSM

Hello everyone,

We need to build a TQL query to transfer information from UCMDB to BSM. We want to make sure we create a correct TQL that covers everything we need.

Can someone give us best practices and/or hints on how to build it. We lack the experience in this area and any pointers would be appreciated.

Make sure that you push all the CIs that are needed for reconciliation in your TQL (it will run faster), and make sure you use all attributes needed for reconciliation in the tql as well (e.g. routing_domain and name for ip_address). Those are the most common mistakes.
