Recently we came across a case where the scan file count in the Sending folder was increasing every day.
After some investigation it turned out that the root cause for the problem was memory issues on the Probe.
Following the steps below resolved the issue:
1. Stop the Probe
2. Stop the UCMDB_Database (UCMDB_Probe_DB service)
3. Navigate to …\hp\UCMDB\DataFlowProbe\bin
4. Edit WrapperEnv.conf file as follows:
4. Start the UCMDB_Probe_DB service
5. Start the Probe
