Visibility issue for "Basic Reports" in uCMDB Browser (CMS UI 2020.11)

Hi all,

some users complan about a reduced visibility of reports in the "Basic Reports" folder (under own user folder). Using the "admin" user, I can see all the reports for the specific user, in the user folder under the "Basic Reports" folder.

How can it be possible? Is it a bug?
