Support Tip: Patch download via SLD

In the event a customer is suggested by Micro Focus Support or unable to find a patch via Micro Focus SLD website, please perform the following steps:

1. Micro Focus Support to request Customer order Number and the Software Product

2. Have Customer login https://sldlogin.microfocus.com/

 

  • On the Entitlements Tab, search by the order number, example:O-00130928
  • Look for the Software Product for this scenario will use: Ops Bridge product
  • Click there on Get Software.

  • Then, select patch one is looking for:
