Support Tip: Error while executing the JMX method "fetchAllDataFromAnotherCMDB"

While trying to execute the JMX function "fetchAllDataFromAnotherCMDB" to get data from ucmdb 9.05 to ucmdb 2021.05. When entering the correct login and password get the following error: Operation failed! java.lang.Exception: Failed to log in to host [172.22.61.60] with customer name [1], user [oussema.gharbi.ext], using password: (YES) at com.hp.ucmdb.api.server.jmx.multiplecmdb.MultipleCMDBServicesJmx.connectToRemoteUcmdb(MultipleCMDBServicesJmx.java:264) at com.hp.ucmdb.api.server.jmx.multiplecmdb.MultipleCMDBServicesJmx.fetchAllDataFromAnotherCMDB(MultipleCMDBServicesJmx.java:163)
