(UCMDB) Support Tip: How to Resolve Data Flow Probe 23.4 status showing as DISCONNECTED after Upgrade from previous version.

Environment

Data flow probe 23.4

Situation

Probe Upgraded to Data flow probe 23.4 but running status is DISCONNECTED, blank version in uCMDB Browser UI or BLANK in CMS UI.

Resolution

It is suggested to perform the following:


1. Go to the uCMDB server's JMX console and use the method ' rebuildModelDBSchemaAndViews ' to rebuild the classes. Change the 3 options from True to False and click Invoke.

2. Also, on the uCMDB server JMX console, use the method " alignHistoryForType ' and click Invoke to align all history tables

3. Finally, restart the uCMDB server.
