can includes and copy statements be distinguised for cobol files?

Problem:

There are 2 types, Includes and Copybooks.  Can Revolve distinguish between the 2 types when they are the same name.extension but in different folders?

Resolution:

Yes, these can be handled.

The best way is to add the extension, in this case, CPY as an INCLUDE extension:

Utilities/Options/Extension tab

Put in CPY and find INCLUDE in the drop down

Press ADD

Press OK

Next step is to create your project's search directories:

go to Project/ADD COMPONENTS

Highlight the folder for INCLUDES, Change type to INCLUDES, press Add Search button

highlight the folder for COPYBOOKS, change TYPE to COPYBOOKS, press Add Search button

Press DONE

Press MAKE
