Cannot obtain Analyzer License. Reason: Licensing failure. Error code is 1042

Problem:
Having installed the product Modernization Workbench 3.1 and then attempted to start it up, this error message is returned:
Resolution:
When installing this product you should automatically receive a 30-day trial license. However, if you install on a virtual image or a Windows server, either locally or via Remote Desktop, this 30-day license will not be granted. Effectively the product is without any form of license, so when attempting to start up the product, you will encounter this particular error.
In order to resolve the problem you must license your product manually. On the SupportLine web site at:
http://supportline.microfocus.com/licensing/mw31.aspx
there is video tutorial which explains how to automatically and, in this case, manually obtain a license for your Modernization Workbench product.
Once the license is installed successfully, this error message should no longer occur.
