Problem:

By right clicking in a Module’s grid, a drop-down menu with options appears. Choosing 'Export to File ...' option (which allows the grid’s data to be saved in a number of formats - html, .csv, .txt etc), the file can be saved only under a fixed location and the location cannot be changed.

Resolution:

This may happen when a user has not sufficient privileges to save Product’s information under different locations of the fixed.  The privileges of the customer’s user have to be verified and the problem to be referred to a system administrator.
