Problem:

Users can define lists of System Programs for a Workspace to identify any programs that should be treated as endpoints for analysis.  User wishes to share this list across multiple Workspaces.

Resolution:

System Programs list is stored under Workspace Options list and can be copied into the XML files for Workspace Options for other Workspaces.

The easiest approach is to open the XML file for the Workspace options for the original Workspace and copy the System Programs values.  This file is typically located in C:\*Workspace Folder*\Options.  The actual filename will vary, based on the changes made, but Workspace Options files will start with a W.  The user can use Options Manager in MW to see which Options file is currently being used.  Once this is located, copy the SysPrograms values you have entered and copy them in the following files, based on what you wish to accomplish.

FOR ALL NEW/FUTURE WORKSPACES TO CONTAIN THESE SYSTEM PROGRAMS:
Copy and paste the SysPrograms values into C:\Program Files\Modernization Workbench\Templates\Options\Common.Workspace.xml.  Once done, re-configure MW from the Administration menu.

FOR ALL EXISTING WORKSPACES THAT HAVE SAME WORKSPACE OPTIONS:
This is basically a straight copy of one Workspace's Options to another Workspace.  This consists of copying the whole XML file from one Workspace into all of the other Workspaces.  Under Options Manager for each Workspace, import the modified Workspace Options file, or if they have the same name, just copy it into the C:\*Workspace Folder*\Options folder for the same Workspace.

FOR ALL EXISTING WORKSPACES WITH UNIQUE OPTIONS:
If the user has unique Workspace Options for each Workspace and therefore wants to preserve them after this change, they will  have to use Options Manager to see which options file is being used by each Workspace.  From there, copy and paste the specific XML code from the first Workspace into the options file for the Workspace, located in C:\*Workspace Folder*\Options
