Problem:

When configuring Enterprise View, you need to identify the location of the workspace (.rwp) file you want to access in the Enterprise View Setup page.

Security settings in the Web browser may result in receiving the “.rwp not found” error messages when you attempt to specify the location of the .rwp file.

Why is this “workspace not found” error displayed when configuring Enterprise View?

Resolution:

Using Internet Explorer 8...
Internet Explorer 8 displays the message “.rwp not found” when the option "Include local directory path when uploading files to a server" is disabled.

Enable the option for each required zone in Tools > Internet Options > Security > Custom level.

Using Firefox 3 or Higher...
Firefox 3 or higher displays the message “.rwp not found” when an attempt is made to specify the location of the .rwp file. If you are using Apache Tomcat as the application server for EV, work around this problem by editing the file :Program Files\Apache Software Foundation\Tomcat 6.0\webapps\EV\WEB-INF\data\Configuration.xml.

In the tag, enter the full path of the .rwp file, as in the following example:
C:\Workspace\Provider.rwp

NOTE: Do not point to the workspace file in the browser again after making this change to Configuration.xml.

This will enable you to log in to Enterprise View immediately.
