Problem:

Enterprise View version 3.2 does not always work with all versions of Internet Explorer. This manifests its self as connection errors to the server when trying to view Dashboards or Charts.

Resolution:

Within Internet Explorer 9, which has this problem, it is possible to change the browser mode to an older version of Internet Explorer. Changing the mode back to Internet Explorer version 8 via the developer tools (normally F12) will allow you to view Dashboards and Charts again.
