Problem:

How can Portability Assessment be run in batch mode?

Resolution:

Portability Assessment can be run in batch mode, by running the PortabilityAssessment.BJ from within the BRAVE.EXE process, within a .BAT file.

It is possible to name output files / directories with the date and time of the actual running environment, to distinguish between individual runs of the process.

Logging is done from the BRAVE.EXE process.

The attached file (PortabilityAssessment.bat) shows the necessary commands required to run this process.

There are different formats ot the execution within the .bat file (commented) that shows examples of ...

- Project based reporting with date and time named folder
- Project based reporting without date and time named folder
- Workspace (no project option) based reporting with date and time named folder
- Workspace (no project option) based reporting without date and time named folder

Each can be used by commenting out the "not required" formats and removing the comment from the required format.

The default execution in the attached example is "Workspace (no project option) based reporting without date and time named folder"
