CPU threshold breach alert for average utilization of all the CPUs

Hi,

One of our customers is asking for CPU threshold breach alert for average utilization of all the CPUs of network device and not individual CPU (the way NNMi performance threshold breach alert works currently). This requirement was raised by many other customers in the past and enhancement requests were submitted earlier as well. Please include this feature in the future product release as the requirement is very basic.
