Connectivity test failed with unexpected failure: 504

I have this error "Connectivity test failed with unexpected failure: 504" when I try to connect jenkins and octane.

Jenkins version is 2.141
Micro Focus Application Automation Tools version is 5.5.1-beta
Octane version is 12.55.17.164

I was previously able to synchronize octane with jenkins, but it stopped working when changes were made to jenkins security settings.

My proxy settings works well with http://www.google.com but y have the same error with the octane server url.

Re: Connectivity test failed with unexpected failure: 504

Hello constanzo,

My name is Yuri, i'm one of the team working on the CI/CD integration part of Octane.

Since the very check of proxy ping to Octane's URL is not successful, I assume that we are having some configurational/environment issue here *prior* to the very plugin's logic.

You've writtent that "http://google.com" is working for your, but I presume that Octane is sitting on the secured connection.

Have you / can you try to perform the same proxy validation with "https://google.com", please (pay attentions to HTTPS)?
