Welcome to Octane REST API

We in Hewlett Packard Enterprise R&D are pleased to see you visiting this forum dedicated to  ALM Octane REST API.

As we strive to build an integrated and open management platform for all lifecycle artifacts, the integration with various internal applications and services, open-source tools and cloud-based systems is essential in modern enterprise.

This is why ALM Octane is itself based on extensive REST API which is available for consumption and use by 3rd party applications used in your organization.

As part of the drive to make our REST API better and easier to use, we conducted the beta with selected customers in June 2016.

The goals of the beta are also goals of this forum as we aim to assist you in these areas:

  • Get to know REST API – documentation, interactive examples, webinar materials, code snippet
  • Validate your current integration scenarios and see if they can be covered by our REST API
  • Work closely with R&D to resolve issues and/or problem
  • Provide feedback, identify gaps and influence the development
