ALM Octane: how to integrate a Virus Scanner

Hello,

does anyone has a solution (or a good recommendation) for a Virus Scanner integrated in  Octane?

Scenario:
Using the "attach" dialog (upload file) every user can upload a potential infected file without any check!

(I know how to restrict the file extensions (ATTACHMENTS_FILE_EXTENSION_WHITE_LIST) but that's not matching with our customer requirements ...)
