Hi team,

Project is synchronized with Jira. Workflows in Jira and Octane are different - has different set of values in Status field. In Octane field "Status" was added with corresponding values. Phase in Octane reflects to rules that we added to follow workflow. Field Status is mapped with corresponding field Status in Jira. 

Issue occurs when users are duplicating closed (with Status = Done) defects. Status value is copied as Done to new duplicated defect. We can't resolve it via rules.
