Ability to add a manual test to a test suite multiple times

When attempting to add the same manual test multiple times to a test suite, an error is received that the manual test is already in the test suite and will not be added again. We would like functionality similar to ALM that shows a warning that this is a duplicate manual test, but still allows the duplicate to be added.

This is commonly needed when authoring end to end test scenarios/test suites for manual test execution in a dedicated testing cycle/hardening sprint.

The workaround, in Octane, would be for the test suite author to create a duplicate manual test, however this creates inefficiencies in maintaining the test case going forward when we are trying to encourage a process of reusing test cases.

We're planning to add this.
Please note that an alternative workaround for now is duplicating the run inside the suite run.

When building a test suite, you can now add a manual test multiple times. It's available in our latest release 15.1.20.
