Add "Has Attachments" to the filter in the Grid view

In the Smart View you can see if something Has Attachments, however in the Grid view you don't have the ability to see if attachments exist or not.  I have the need to be able to filter on items that have attachments and cannot determine how to make this happen.

Is this what you need, or do you also require to be able to filter entities to see only those entities that have attachments ?

You can add the attachment indication also on Grid View:

@alex-shnayder and @Spiegel, you guys are correct in that you can Add the "Has attachments" field to the grid, but you cannot Filter by "Has Attachments", which is what Brian is trying to do.
