We recently had a large number of users (~50) deactivated across multiple workspaces, which caused confusion and concern for our end users who are trying to get their work done in Octane. We have asked MF support if there is a log or audit trail to tell us who deactivated a user as the volume of users and affected workspaces was curious and worrisome. There is no such log.
Although the volume of times this information is needed is low, the severity of not having the information available can cause lack of confidence in the tool and its administrators when we cannot explain instances such as mentioned above. Without this information, we also cannot take steps to prevent it from happening again.
