Backlog coverage in test should filter out done items , even if searched with the ID

In CP5-CP7, as a usability enhancement, 'DONE' items were filtered out in Backlog coverage  when adding a manual/gherkin or test suite

IN CP14, came another enhancement that user can seacrh items using ID.

So ideally even if the 'DONE' items appear in the search, on adding it should throw an error, instead i was able to save the Manaul test without any issue.

the features contradict each other. So the done items, if searched with an ID, should also not appear in the Backlog Coverage

Unfortunately we have to decline this idea because the current behavior is by design -   sometimes users still need to be able to add the relation after the feature is done.

We do have a future feature about being able to limit the list of items in a reference field when defining a rule, similarly to what you can do for a list field today.
This should allow the admin to add a rule that filters out the Done items from the Backlog Coverage field.
