We have set business rule to trigger notification emails for defects to 'Detected By' and 'Assigned to' on create, update and delete entity actions.
The user in 'Detected By' is not receiving the email for defect creation.
We have received the response from Microfocus support team that "Currently for business rule triggered email, it is by design for the user who is both 'Detected by' and defect creator to not receive an email."
Can we have this functionality included to trigger notification emails for users creating/updating the defect as well.
