Dashboard Widget: Be able to filter by "NOT today"

Hi, for purpose of defect validation I need to filter defects bases on "fixed on date" = "not today" (becauseif fixed today, they are not yet in the product), however it is not possible.

Please add this option. Should be a quick change I guess.

@the_coder as a workaround, perhaps another field can be used for filtering?

E.g. the "Days in phase" field?
