Define least privileges for "octane" db user in MSSQL

The ALM Octane user guide specifies the following SQL command
while associating an MSSQL database login to an Octane database user:

GRANT ALL TO octane;

Even though this SQL still functions (for now), Microsoft has deprecated the GRANT ALL syntax,
as it can be a security risk, and the deprecation is well documented:

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sql/t-sql/statements/grant-transact-sql?view=sql-server-2017
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sql/t-sql/statements/grant-database-permissions-transact-sql?view=sql-server-2017
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sql/t-sql/statements/grant-object-permissions-transact-sql?view=sql-server-2017

It is strongly recommend that RnD define some least privileges instead ;-)
