ENHANCEMENT REQUEST - Ability to have more than a 1-to-1 relations for MTs and ATs

Currently, ALM Octane only allows for a 1-to-1 relation between MTs and ATs. We need the ability to link multiple ATs to one MT, and the ability to link multiple MTs to one AT.
