Manage and notify when storage is going to exceed

In Octane when the max file size limit is exceeded, it causes an outage as user are not able to upload any further attachment and customer is unable to track it until it happens.

The default setting for the parameter

STORAGE_MAX_SIZE = 10000 or 10gb

.....so when your Octane solution is exceeding this you will get errors all around the solution....when importing test cases, adding attachmments etc. saying because of exceeding storage limit on 9gb

The parameter should auto increase or space admin should get warning before..

Hi @TuanNguyen

For storage monitoring we recommend using storage monitoring solutions provided via the storage vendor.

In Octane the max storage size is controlled via site param and we provide a way to turn off the storage limitation from Octane.

Can set STORAGE_MAX_SIZE site parameter to 0 which will turn off storage restriction enforcement by ALM Octane.
Support for turning off validation was added in version 15.0.60.

maybe it would better that 0 was default value since most solutions eventually will run into this error?
