Management Module - Include Team Tab

In the Management module, it would be good to have the 'Team' tab (which currently appears in the Space Customisation window) so you can create and plan your teams and add the teams when creating and managing your release.

...would also be nice to be able to bulk update -

eg. I have 100 release I have to assign Teams too......(this is due to migration from ALM)
