Multiple Editors/Owners for Dashboard/Widget possible.

At the moment public widgets can only be edited when they are saved. If I want to show my changes in the widget to other people, I again have to save this view as a public favorite. The widget is more or less a copy with slight changes.

I instead want to have a dashboard/widget, that more people have access to edit.
