Need details on the prerequisite for migrating releases from ALM to Octane by Migration Utility tool

We are not able to see the releases migrated from ALM to Octane , when we are migrating only tests.

We dont have any separate query for migrating Releases.

Is there any prerequisite for migrating Releases from ALm to Octane by Migration Utilty tool
