Hi,

Thank you for raising this need.

We have this as a feature in our backlog however no ETA yet for its delivery.

Maybe you can start by adding the actual workspace name also?

Now it can only be known by looking at the workspace id in the ID url

Like......here is a defect from 26034....please fix....so if you have 10 workspaces is not easy to know in the e-mail...

Adding the SM SPARKS case id to the email notification title would be really helpful.  So we can track the Octane ID back to the Sparks ID without having to open the Octance case to find which Sparks Service Manger case it belongs to.

We do plan on adding this capability.

The ETA is not set yet

Thanks
