Should be possible to convert ALM defects licenses to Octane Backlog licenses

We have an amount of ALM defects licenses only. Today in Octane only full licenses exist.

So my idea is to have Octane backlog licenses only which should be a cheaper alternative.

These licenses should only give access to create/update a backlog items....

Hi Jesper,

Defect only licenses are currently not under any of our license migration programs.

The solution of Backlog Only type of license is still not in place, but this is indeed under discussions. Once we have that, we will most probably be able to consider such license migration.

If there is a need for a specific transition - please be in touch with your customer success manager and we'll do our best to help.
