Updatean item based on counts of related items

children count(for features)
child task count(for user stories)
Updatethephaseof a user story toDoneif all its tasks are completed:
We create and test the rule, however, it does not cover the request of the client, who would expect to be able to update the phase of the parent entity when all the tasks it owns are completed through its workflow.
We tested the rule successfully in the User Story entity, however, in the Quality Story entity we do not have for the action "Set field value" the timming option "When related entity changes".
