mail notification when self-mentionned in comments

Hi,

When I mention someone in a comment, that person can be notified by mail => great 🙂

But if I mention myself in a comment, no mail is sent 😞

Too bad you sent some time to code that exception, could you please remove it or at least give the user the choice ?
