Estimated Duration of User Stories

We use User Stories for our testing heavily as alot of our testing is end to end. We have Test suites to catergorize the different exceptions we are testing. We want to estimate how long our testing will take. We have the Estiomated Duration field being populated at the moment which is great but I need to understand where that calculation is coming from is it being pulled from the Manual Test duration or the Manual run Duration? Any Help would be great. Thanks. 🙂

Re: Estimated Duration of User Stories

The esitmated duration in the Test suite is the sum of all Estimated durations in all of the tests (not runs).

This is still an estimation as at this point we have no idea how long the tests actually took.

When you run the test you can optionally enter actual duration time on each run of the suite.  We currently do not aggregate the actual durations but I can see how that would make sense.

WE'll consider when and how we can add it.
