Sudden drops for 1 day in Burndown Graphs Then Back up?

For the 2nd time, we are seeing in all our widgets/burndown charts a regular graph down, then a sudden 1 day drop to 0 in expected velocity, and then back up to the trend line again down.

Is anyone else running into this?  We are trying to figure out what causes it.  Daylight savings time days?  Other?  We don't have any days off at that time or any calendar item that would cause the odd issue.

Does the Release burndown that contains this iteration shows the same drop to zero?

It is hard to reproduce this issue. We tried.

Please submit a support ticket and provide the following information:

  1. The version of Octane.
  2. The exact widget config (scope tab and display tab) – screenshots
  3. The configuration of working days of the workspace and of the involved teams - screenshots
  4. The velocity configuration of the involved teams - screenshots
