ALM 11.00 - Mail is Disabled error message
I have another mail issue, and I have requested a meeting with the Mail Server Admin...
Meantime, has anyone ever received this message from ALM?
"Mail is Disabled"
From the application side, is there a setting to "enable" mail again?
For the entire application, go to Site Admin -> Site Configuration -> Settings -> Set Mail Protocol and set the mail server.
For a Specific Project, go to Site Admin -> Select The project -> Project Details -> Select the Option "Send mail Automatically".
check with your email server admins, if you have SMTP configured correctly...You can test using your own email id first
