ALM 12.20 License tab is blank
I was wondering if anyone has ran into this issue? When in site administration, I click on the License Tab and it is completely blank. I know I have licenses, so I am not sure why they are not showing up here.
I'm having the same issue with some of my environments. since we were in the process of switching to an https environment I found that by forcing the site admin to the http: url would allow me to see the license information. thought it might have something to do with the security certificates but not sure. Others on my support team do not have the issue. running Win 8.1 client with ALM12.01 patch 1
Thanks David. That was it... If I connect directly to the server usign HTTP, I can see the licenses. If I go to the DNS name and use HTTPS, it doesn't work. I am not sure how I can fix this.. If you ever find out, please let me know. Thanks so much for your REPLY!!
