ALM/JIRA bridge

Jump to solution

I know of the JIRA/ALM bridge from Orasi but I've heard that HP is going to build one.  What is the status?

Hi,

Actually HP already published the new HP ALM Synchronizer JIRA Adapter (https://hpln.hp.com/page/hp-alm-synchronizer-adapters#Jira).

It does not yet support requirement synchronization - technology preview at the moment - but the feedback I got from a customer who took part in the beta was really good.

Regards,

Dirk

Hello BrianGKilby,

For the moment, ALM does not support about JIRA officially.

However, as an extra mile, according to my reseach, there is a plugin (G2G JAM) that integrates Atlassian JIRA and HP Quality Center/ALM 12. The Go2Group JaM Plugin supports bi-directional sync and replication with requirements, defects, and test cases.

Please check below URL for more details:

http://www.go2group.com/en/products/go2group-jam-plugin/

Hope you find this information useful.

Best regards,

Krystal Mata U.

Tasktop also has a synchronizer that works with HP ALM and JIRA.  We're currently starting to use Tasktop Sync for this purpose.
