Access HP ALM remotely without logging into the company network.

Currently we can access AP ALM only when we are logged into the network.

How do I make ALM accessible to outside users that do not have access to our company network?

You will have to have the ALM/ QC 11 URL externally accessible.  Those users will also have to be included in your authentication solution (if you are using LDAP for Authentication, they will need to be part of your LDAP).
