Can we customize ‘Tabular Defects Report?’

Jump to solution
When we navigate to Analysis  Report  Tabular Defects Report, we have the following fields

Defect ID, Summary, Status, Detected By, Severity, Assigned To and Priority

Can we add one more field here?

hmm... You can maybe add it as a public favorite.

After you run the report and add the fields that you want, just click on "Add to Favorites" (Refer attached screenshot).

Then, choose the "Public" option, give it a name and save it. This will now be displayed as "public: whatever name you specified" under Analysis --> Reports.

Yes, we can. After you run the report, click on "Configure Reports and sub-reports" button (refer attachment for location of the icon). Then, ensure that the "Custom fields" radio button is enabled and then click on the "Select Fields" button (Refer attachment for screenshot).

Choose the fields that you want and click ok. Then click "Apply"

Hi Shivaraj,
Thanks for your response that helped me a lot.

Can we customize this in such a way that this option is by default available to all the users, so that whenever a user logs in and go for reports he gets this option.
