Excel Add-in 12.20 Scrubbing Gridlines When Uploading

Our company is preparing to upgrade to QC Enterprise 12.20 and I'm having an odd issue with the Excel Add-in for the test scripts.  When I upload into QC it keeps deleting the gridlines in the Excel script.  Is anyone familiar with this issue?  It has never done this in previous versions for me.

Hi 1witchkel,

According to this issue, could you please let me know the version os MS Excel that you have? Also, if you can send me a screenshot of the issue would be very helpful.

Thanks in advance.
