Failed to connect to a particular project

We are unable to connect to a particular project on ALM 12.21. All other projects are working just fine. The problem is this specific one, which just hangs when I try to log in.

Could be that there is some corruption in the project. Have you tried a repair?

Also, it could be some workflow code causing the problem. Do you know if there have been any such updates recently?

We tried repairing the project and it fails. Instead, the entire admin portal freezes.

The hasn't been any workflow code changes for the past 6 months
